Considerado um dos principais corredores\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/revistagloborural.globo.com\/Noticias\/Infraestrutura-e-Logistica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">log\u00edsticos<\/a>\u00a0do pa\u00eds, o sistema tem sido alvo de disputa entre hidrel\u00e9tricas e o setor de transporte hidrovi\u00e1rio, que j\u00e1 opera com 90% da sua capacidade de carga, devido \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o do calado para navega\u00e7\u00e3o nos pontos mais cr\u00edticos da hidrovia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJ\u00e1 est\u00e1 havendo restri\u00e7\u00e3o e a gente est\u00e1 em constante negocia\u00e7\u00e3o com a Ag\u00eancia Nacional de \u00c1gua e todos os entes envolvidos\u201d, conta o presidente do Sindicato dos Armadores de Navega\u00e7\u00e3o Fluvial do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (Sindasp), Luizio Rizzo Rocha. A entidade se reuniu nesta quarta-feira (30\/6) com o Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura para debater a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da navega\u00e7\u00e3o na hidrovia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNa verdade, eles queriam parar a hidrovia agora em 2 de julho, por\u00e9m estamos negociando e j\u00e1 estamos garantindo a navega\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 agosto. Agora vamos sentar com o pessoal para negociar a continuidade a partir da\u00ed\u201d, explica Rocha.<\/p>\n<p>A manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da navega\u00e7\u00e3o, contudo, n\u00e3o impede a restri\u00e7\u00e3o no volume de cargas. Com o baixo n\u00edvel da bacia, as embarca\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00eam operado com um calado de 2,7 metros, o que permite uma carga m\u00e1xima de at\u00e9 5,4 mil toneladas quando o normal seriam 6 mil. A restri\u00e7\u00e3o, em vigor at\u00e9 meados de julho, dever\u00e1 ser revista pelo Minist\u00e9rio de Infraestrutura. A proposta dos armadores \u00e9 para que seja mantido um n\u00edvel m\u00ednimo de navega\u00e7\u00e3o e que, nos trechos mais cr\u00edticos, onde o calado n\u00e3o passa de 2,4 metros, seja aproveitada a vaz\u00e3o de \u00e1gua da hidrel\u00e9trica de Nova Avanhadava para permitir a navega\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCom essa redu\u00e7\u00e3o vamos viajar com 4,6 mil toneladas mais ou menos. A gente n\u00e3o quer parar a hidrovia. A gente vai sacrificar um modal nosso, viajar com um pouco menos e a\u00ed, com cada um sacrificando um pouco, a gente vai tentar n\u00e3o parar. Mas est\u00e1 dif\u00edcil\u201d, explica o presidente do Sindasp.<\/p>\n<p>Com 2,4 mil quil\u00f4metros de extens\u00e3o, sendo 1,6 mil quil\u00f4metros no rio Paran\u00e1 e 800 quil\u00f4metros no rio Tiet\u00ea, a hidrovia transporta cerca de 9 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de carga por ano, atendendo principalmente os setores de gr\u00e3os, cana-de-a\u00e7\u00facar e florestas plantadas nos Estados de S\u00e3o Paulo, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goi\u00e1s, Minas Gerais e Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Em uma carta aberta enviada ao governo, oito entidades do setor log\u00edstico e agropecu\u00e1rio, entre elas a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira das Ind\u00fastrias de \u00d3leos Vegetais (Abiove), a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Exportadores de Cereais (Anec) e a Ind\u00fastria Brasileira de \u00c1rvores (Ib\u00e1), lembram da \u00faltima crise h\u00eddrica enfrentada pelo pa\u00eds, em 2014\/2015. Naquele ano-safra, a navega\u00e7\u00e3o comercial ficou paralisada durante 22 meses na hidrovia causando um preju\u00edzo estimado em mais de R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA gente parando, o produtor vai pagar um frete maior, o consumidor vai pagar um pre\u00e7o maior, o que vai pressionar o pre\u00e7o da carne e de tudo que depende do farelo da soja, do milho. E isso acaba aumentando pra gente tamb\u00e9m.
