Paulo<br \/>\nque visa, como exaustivamente anunciado, despoluir o rio Pinheiros at\u00e9 2022<br \/>\nmerc\u00ea ao incremento das redes coletoras e tratamento dos esgotos da bacia,<br \/>\nprev\u00ea tamb\u00e9m a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de Unidades de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o das \u00c1guas,<br \/>\ndenominadas URQ, para tratar, em tempo seco, as \u00e1guas polu\u00eddas de 5<br \/>\nc\u00f3rregos: Pirajussara, seu afluente Antonico, e Jaguar\u00e9 situados \u00e0 margem<br \/>\nesquerda e \u00c1guas Espraiadas e Cachoeira, \u00e0 margem direita do canal<br \/>\nPinheiros.<\/p>\n<p>Este modelo de atendimento foi imaginado tendo em vista as dificuldades de<br \/>\nacesso da infraestrutura sanit\u00e1ria \u00e0s contribui\u00e7\u00f5es das \u00e1reas irregulares da<br \/>\nbacia n\u00e3o atendidas em que convivem cerca de 700 mil pessoas onde seria<br \/>\npraticamente imposs\u00edvel o esgotamento de economias por rede de coleta<br \/>\nsegundo o sistema separador absoluto convencional.<\/p>\n<p>O lan\u00e7amento do efluente tratado destas URQs seria nos pr\u00f3prios c\u00f3rregos<br \/>\nimediatamente a jusante dos locais dos sistemas de tratamento implantados.<br \/>\nNo processo licitat\u00f3rio, a SABESP n\u00e3o especificou o tipo de tratamento a ser<br \/>\nadotado, deixando por conta de cada proponente a concep\u00e7\u00e3o. Apenas<br \/>\nestimou indiretamente vaz\u00e3o e carga org\u00e2nica e informou os padr\u00f5es de<br \/>\nlan\u00e7amento requeridos.<\/p>\n<p>As vaz\u00f5es m\u00e1ximas e cargas org\u00e2nicas oriundas destes c\u00f3rregos a serem<br \/>\ntratadas de acordo com estimativas da SABESP seriam as seguintes:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.institutodeengenharia.org.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Sem-titulo33.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-74749 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.institutodeengenharia.org.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Sem-titulo33.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"501\" height=\"185\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas, as empresas vencedoras do certame dever\u00e3o<br \/>\nadotar em todas as URQs tratamento biol\u00f3gico por lodos ativados com a<br \/>\ntecnologia MBBR, \u00e0 exce\u00e7\u00e3o da URQ Jaragu\u00e1 que optou por ozoniza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Neste processo haver\u00e1 gera\u00e7\u00e3o de lodo excedente em quantidades apreci\u00e1veis<br \/>\nmesmo ap\u00f3s a secagem a 20% (m\u00ednimo teor de s\u00f3lidos exigido). Este fato \u00e9<br \/>\nagravado pelo fato de n\u00e3o se ter \u00e1reas dispon\u00edveis no local de gera\u00e7\u00e3o para armazenagem deste lodo o que exigir\u00e1 uma abordagem \u201cjust in time\u201d. Aduz-se<br \/>\na este fato que a perman\u00eancia deste lodo no local, apenas parcialmente<br \/>\ndigerido, poder\u00e1 causar incomodidade \u00e0 vizinhan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Uma alternativa poss\u00edvel seria lan\u00e7ar os lodos excedentes, t\u00e3o logo sejam<br \/>\ngerados (na sa\u00edda dos decantadores em que sua consist\u00eancia \u00e9 de 1% de<br \/>\ns\u00f3lidos em suspens\u00e3o) na rede coletora mais pr\u00f3xima, por gravidade ou por<br \/>\nbombeamento, desde que interligada aos interceptores do Pinheiros de modo a<br \/>\npermitir tratamento na ETE Barueri que est\u00e1 perfeitamente habilitada a receber<br \/>\nestas suspens\u00f5es nas vaz\u00f5es em que s\u00e3o geradas conforme Tabela. (Esta<br \/>\nETE j\u00e1 recebe inclusive o lodo qu\u00edmico da ETA ABV).<\/p>\n<p>Desta forma, se evitariam as trabalhosas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de adensamento e<br \/>\nsecagem dos lodos n\u00e3o estabilizados que teriam de ser realizadas nos pr\u00f3prios<br \/>\nlocais das URQs, com os inconvenientes conhecidos deste manuseio, bem<br \/>\ncomo a emana\u00e7\u00e3o de odores e o transporte quase di\u00e1rio at\u00e9 os aterros<br \/>\nsanit\u00e1rios (provavelmente \u00e0queles situados em Caieiras) minimizando-se<br \/>\nsobremaneira os custos CAPEX e OPEX envolvidos.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente se conseguir\u00e1 encurtar o cronograma de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e pr\u00e9<br \/>\nopera\u00e7\u00e3o das URQs em benef\u00edcio da agiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Projeto NOVO PINHEIROS.<br \/>\nApesar de as obras das URQS j\u00e1 estarem contratadas, ainda h\u00e1 tempo h\u00e1bil<br \/>\npara se alterar a concep\u00e7\u00e3o do tratamento do lodo, uma vez que os estudos<br \/>\nainda est\u00e3o na fase de projetos.<\/p>\n<p>________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"td-animation-stack-type0-2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.institutodeengenharia.org.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cavalcanti-alta2-e1547225067645.jpg\" width=\"157\" height=\"158\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>*Jos\u00e9 Eduardo W. de A.
