Algumas obras j\u00e1 apresentam esses ind\u00edcios e, para comprovar, n\u00f3s vamos mostrar uma lista com 7 obras que mostram o futuro da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"justify\">1. The Queensferry Crossing (Esc\u00f3cia)<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">A constru\u00e7\u00e3o da ponte come\u00e7ou em 2011 e foi finalizada em 2017. Com 2,7km, ela \u00e9 a ponte mais longa do seu tipo (ponte suspensa com tr\u00eas torres) no mundo e foi muito esperada pelos motoristas locais, que agora contam com uma viagem sem filas que liga Edinburgh a Fife.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A ponte possui um sistema que reduz a press\u00e3o do vento nos ve\u00edculos, o que diminui o risco de fechamento da ponte devido a fortes ventos. O projeto foi idealizado para que a ponte transporte 24 milh\u00f5es de ve\u00edculos por ano. As estimativas de projeto s\u00e3o de que ela dure 120 anos, com manuten\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima, podendo atingir os 150 anos. Shanghai Tower (China)<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">A constru\u00e7\u00e3o foi iniciada em 2009 e a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu em 2015. Com 632 metros de altura, \u00e9 uma das constru\u00e7\u00f5es mais eficientes em termos de energia no mundo (com LEED Platinum). Pontes, ilhas artificiais e t\u00faneis fazem parte da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 50km. A estimativa \u00e9 de que ela dure 120 at\u00e9 requisitar interven\u00e7\u00f5es significativas. O in\u00edcio das obras foi em 2009. Central Park Tower (Estados Unidos)<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">O in\u00edcio da obra foi em 2014 e a previs\u00e3o de t\u00e9rmino \u00e9 em 2020. Na constru\u00e7\u00e3o, localizada em Nova York, s\u00e3o usadas t\u00e9cnicas e recursos para redu\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es, otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da circula\u00e7\u00e3o de ar e controle clim\u00e1tico. As caracter\u00edsticas fazem com que o edif\u00edcio de 472 metros de altura seja sustent\u00e1vel. Quando finalizad0, com previs\u00e3o para 2021, ser\u00e1 o edif\u00edcio mais alto do mundo, com 1km de altura. Ele ultrapassar\u00e1 o Burj Khalifa, que atualmente ocupa o posto de mais alto, com 826 metros. Al\u00e9m disso, o Jeddah Tower ser\u00e1 um arranha-c\u00e9u sustent\u00e1vel. Carlsbad Desalination Plant (Estados Unidos)<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">Essa usina ser\u00e1 capaz de dessalinizar at\u00e9 50 milh\u00f5es de gal\u00f5es de \u00e1gua (aproximadamente 190 milh\u00f5es de litros) por dia, quando conclu\u00edda. Alvarado Water Treatment Plant (Estados Unidos)<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">O sistema de tratamento de \u00e1gua Alvarado vai duplicar a capacidade de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua em San Diego, que passar\u00e1 a ser de 800.000 metros c\u00fabicos por dia. Ainda, ele ser\u00e1 movido a energia solar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">O in\u00edcio das obras foi em 2008 e a previs\u00e3o de t\u00e9rmino \u00e9 para 2028.
