{"id":28931,"date":"2017-12-21T14:12:29","date_gmt":"2017-12-21T14:12:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.institutodeengenharia.org.br\/?p=28931"},"modified":"2017-12-21T14:15:40","modified_gmt":"2017-12-21T14:15:40","slug":"impressao-3d-faz-pecas-de-aco-inoxidavel-sem-perder-resistencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.institutodeengenharia.org.br\/site\/2017\/12\/21\/impressao-3d-faz-pecas-de-aco-inoxidavel-sem-perder-resistencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Impress\u00e3o 3D faz pe\u00e7as de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel sem perder resist\u00eancia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apesar do avan\u00e7o da impress\u00e3o 3D e da chamada manufatura aditiva, imperava na ind\u00fastria um grande ceticismo quanto \u00e0 possibilidade de se chegar \u00e0 fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as met\u00e1licas realmente fortes e n\u00e3o quebradi\u00e7as por esse processo.<\/p>\n<p>Esse ceticismo agora caiu por terra, gra\u00e7as ao trabalho de uma equipe de engenheiros da China, Reino Unido e Su\u00e9cia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A t\u00e9cnica de impress\u00e3o em 3D \u00e9 conhecida por produzir objetos com formas anteriormente inalcan\u00e7\u00e1veis, e nosso trabalho mostra que ela tamb\u00e9m oferece a possibilidade de produzir a pr\u00f3xima gera\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas estruturais com melhorias significativas na resist\u00eancia e na ductilidade,&#8221; disse o professor Leifeng Liu, coordenador da equipe.<\/p>\n<p>Em metalurgia, resist\u00eancia e ductilidade s\u00e3o propriedades vistas como antag\u00f4nicas, por isso a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o das duas ao mesmo tempo d\u00e1 uma ideia da signific\u00e2ncia da inova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>E a equipe demonstrou sua t\u00e9cnica usando um material nobre, uma liga de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel largamente utilizada na ind\u00fastria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resfriamento ultrarr\u00e1pido<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O avan\u00e7o foi poss\u00edvel gra\u00e7as \u00e0 incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 impressora 3D de um sistema de resfriamento ultrarr\u00e1pido, que baixa a temperatura do material a uma taxa te\u00f3rica de 100 milh\u00f5es de graus Celsius por segundo &#8211; at\u00e9 agora s\u00f3 se havia alcan\u00e7ado algo em torno de 1.000 \u00baC por segundo.<\/p>\n<p>O a\u00e7o \u00e9 arrefecido de forma t\u00e3o r\u00e1pida que ele atinge um estado de n\u00e3o-equil\u00edbrio, permitindo a cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de microestruturas &#8211; a chamada rede de deslocamento &#8211; com dimens\u00f5es nanom\u00e9tricas. S\u00e3o essas nanoestruturas as respons\u00e1veis pela melhoria das propriedades mec\u00e2nicas das pe\u00e7as resultantes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Este trabalho d\u00e1 aos pesquisadores uma nova ferramenta para projetar novas ligas com propriedades ultramec\u00e2nicas.
