Integra com a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Consola\u00e7\u00e3o da Linha 2-Verde do Metr\u00f4, atrav\u00e9s de uma interliga\u00e7\u00e3o subterr\u00e2nea entre as duas.Possui profundidade de 55,82 metros.<\/p>\n<p>Esta linha iniciou sua opera\u00e7\u00e3o em maio de 2010, com a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o das esta\u00e7\u00f5es Paulista e Faria Lima pelo Governo do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, em parceria com a ViaQuatro.<\/p>\n<p>A concession\u00e1ria \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de trens, sistemas de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, centro de controle e comunica\u00e7\u00f5es, opera\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da linha por 30 anos. J\u00e1 ao governo do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo cabe a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura dos t\u00faneis e esta\u00e7\u00f5es e sistemas pertinentes<\/p>\n<p>Existem tr\u00eas formas de acessar esta esta\u00e7\u00e3o: dois acessos externos na rua da Consola\u00e7\u00e3o, altura do n\u00famero 2360 (lado par e \u00edmpar)e a interliga\u00e7\u00e3o com a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Consola\u00e7\u00e3o da Linha 2-Verde do Metr\u00f4.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Consola\u00e7\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m enterrada \u00e9 composta por mezanino de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e plataforma central O acesso permite a integra\u00e7\u00e3o subterr\u00e2nea com a esta\u00e7\u00e3o Paulista da Linha 4-Amarela.Foi projetada prevendo uma capacidade de 20.000 passageiros\/hora\/pico. Os acessos s\u00e3o em frente ao n\u00famero 2163 da Paulista.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo dados do Metr\u00f4, a entrada de passageiros pela Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Consola\u00e7\u00e3o atingiu em maio deste ano cerca de142 000 em m\u00e9dia por dia \u00fatil. Somente as frequ\u00eancias \u00e0s esta\u00e7\u00f5es S\u00e9, Barra Funda e Luz superam esse n\u00famero.<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, a quantidade de usu\u00e1rios destas duas esta\u00e7\u00f5es interligadas \u00e9 muito maior visto que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 computadaa demanda de passageiros da Linha Amarela.Uma atenua\u00e7\u00e3o paliativa desta quest\u00e3o seria, segundo o Metr\u00f4, a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o, pr\u00f3xima a acontecer, das esta\u00e7\u00f5es Oscar Freire e Higien\u00f3polis da Linha Amarela que poderiam provocar alguma redu\u00e7\u00e3o no n\u00famero de usu\u00e1rios das esta\u00e7\u00f5es Paulista-Consola\u00e7\u00e3o devido a uma maior distribui\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p>De qualquer forma, o grande movimento de passageiros que frequentamdiariamente este entroncamento principalmente nos hor\u00e1rios de pico tem causado, n\u00e3o \u00e9 de hoje, enorme preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o por parte destes usu\u00e1rios acerca dos n\u00edveis de seguran\u00e7a em caso de tumultos nas plataformas e nos acessos entre as duas esta\u00e7\u00f5es o que ali\u00e1s j\u00e1 aconteceramcomo a do epis\u00f3dio ocorrido em setembro de 2013 com um saldo de 20 feridos.<\/p>\n<p>As pr\u00f3prias autoridades do metr\u00f4 possuem este entendimento sendo certo que a solu\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva estaria na amplia\u00e7\u00e3o urgente destes terminais. Para tanto, existe j\u00e1 a n\u00edvel de Projeto B\u00e1sicouma solu\u00e7\u00e3o representada pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um t\u00fanel ligando diretamente a \u00e1rea de bloqueio da esta\u00e7\u00e3o Consola\u00e7\u00e3o situada logo ap\u00f3s as esteiras rolantes at\u00e9 a plataforma da Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Paulista objetivando a divis\u00e3o do fluxo de passageiros e consequentemente a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o dos riscos naquela \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<p>Como o Governo do Estado padece com o cr\u00f4nico problema da falta de verbas, o Metr\u00f4 poderia delegar esta obra \u00e0 concession\u00e1ria da Linha Amarela mediante um aditivo no contrato de concess\u00e3o o que tamb\u00e9m encurtaria o prazo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Mas, enquanto isto n\u00e3o acontece, o Metr\u00f4, respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as esta\u00e7\u00f5es, mesmo \u00e0quelas que servem as linhas sob concess\u00e3o, poderia, no m\u00ednimo, melhorar a seguran\u00e7a do trecho \u201catunelado\u201d que d\u00e1 acesso entre as esta\u00e7\u00f5es Paulista- Consola\u00e7\u00e3o instalando corrim\u00f5es solid\u00e1rios \u00e0s paredes arqueadas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Os artigos publicados com assinatura, n\u00e3o traduzem necessariamente a opini\u00e3o do Instituto de Engenharia.
