Chamado de \u201cCora\u00e7\u00e3o Verde\u201d, o espa\u00e7o recria uma floresta tropical ao centro de quatro pr\u00e9dios. A ideia foi realizada em conjunto com o est\u00fadio de Londres Gustafson Porter + Bowman.<\/p>\n<p>Em seus mais de 400 mil metros quadrados, Marina One foi projetado para ser de uso misto com espa\u00e7o para morar, trabalhar e de lazer. Aos contr\u00e1rios a \u201carranhas-c\u00e9us\u201d, a Ingenhoven Architects defende que hoje mais da metade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o vive em cidades e que esse n\u00famero aumentar\u00e1 para 70% nas pr\u00f3ximas tr\u00eas d\u00e9cadas. Para Marina One foi criado um espa\u00e7o verde central compartilhado, que devido a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre a geometria dos pr\u00e9dios facilita a ventila\u00e7\u00e3o natural e gera um microclima agrad\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>As duas torres de escrit\u00f3rios possuem uma \u00e1rea de 175 mil metros quadrados, j\u00e1 as duas torres residenciais t\u00eam capacidade de abrigar tr\u00eas mil moradores. Ao longo dos andares podem ser encontrados pequenos o\u00e1sis verdes, sendo que o n\u00edvel mais baixo do jardim possui caminhos que ligam as v\u00e1rias torres, al\u00e9m de rota direta no centro do espa\u00e7o que atravessa uma lagoa refletora.<\/p>\n<p>A ideia era enaltecer a diversidade da flora tropical e, para tanto, o espa\u00e7o possui mais de 700 \u00e1rvores, sendo 350 tipos diferentes de esp\u00e9cies arb\u00f3reas e de plantas em uma \u00e1rea ajardinada de 37 mil metros quadrados.<\/p>\n<p>A forma das paredes circundantes tamb\u00e9m ajuda a melhorar a ventila\u00e7\u00e3o natural. Al\u00e9m disso, em todo o conjunto foi implantado sistemas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o que poupam energia, \u00e9 o caso dos dispositivos que reduzem a incid\u00eancia solar no pr\u00e9dio. A fachada em tons terrosos, passarelas em madeira e pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de pedra completam a atmosfera do local, que j\u00e1 foi certificado com o Green Mark Platinum e LEED Platinum.
