Ele analisa o impacto das energias renov\u00e1veis no aspecto geral da eletricidade do pa\u00eds. O melhor \u00e9 que se a Austr\u00e1lia concluir seus projetos energ\u00e9ticos programados para este ano, as fontes renov\u00e1veis poder\u00e3o abastecer 90% de todas as casas.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, as alternativas \u201climpas\u201d comp\u00f5em 17,2% de toda a eletricidade gerada no pa\u00eds, sendo hidrel\u00e9trica, e\u00f3lica e solar. Para entender o que isso representa em termos de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00f5es poluentes, o documento explica que \u00e9 como se 8,1 milh\u00f5es de carros (mais de metade dos carros no pa\u00eds) fossem retirados das estradas.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o relat\u00f3rio, cerca de 150 mil sistemas solares de pequena escala foram instalados em telhados s\u00f3 este ano. Eles produziram energia suficiente para fornecer eletricidade para mais de 226 mil resid\u00eancias. N\u00e3o se pode esquecer tamb\u00e9m da grande import\u00e2ncia e\u00f3lica: em julho de 2016 o sul da Austr\u00e1lia teve 83% de sua energia proveniente do vento e hoje representa a segunda maior fonte renov\u00e1vel usada em todo o pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Com tais dados recentes, a Austr\u00e1lia espera alcan\u00e7ar sua meta de obter 20% da energia total de fontes renov\u00e1veis at\u00e9 o final de 2018.
