{"id":25295,"date":"2015-02-12T00:15:46","date_gmt":"2015-02-12T00:15:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.institutodeengenharia.org.br\/?p=25295"},"modified":"2015-02-12T11:28:12","modified_gmt":"2015-02-12T11:28:12","slug":"sistema-de-tracao-para-caminhoes-eletricos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.institutodeengenharia.org.br\/site\/2015\/02\/12\/sistema-de-tracao-para-caminhoes-eletricos\/","title":{"rendered":"Sistema de tra\u00e7\u00e3o para caminh\u00f5es el\u00e9tricos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Se o futuro pertence aos carros el\u00e9tricos, o que dizer dos caminh\u00f5es el\u00e9tricos? <\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 existem alguns prot\u00f3tipos de \u00f4nibus el\u00e9tricos, mas parece ter sido o suficiente para os engenheiros se darem conta de que os eixos dos ve\u00edculos pesados s\u00e3o pesados demais para os motores el\u00e9tricos. <\/p>\n<p>Na verdade, as tentativas de fabricar motores el\u00e9tricos para caminh\u00f5es e ve\u00edculos comerciais em geral t\u00eam resultado em projetos extremamente caros: os motores el\u00e9tricos chegam a custar at\u00e9 tr\u00eas vezes mais caros do que seus equivalentes convencionais. <\/p>\n<p>A solu\u00e7\u00e3o pode estar chegando sob a sigla ESKAM (M\u00f3dulo de Tra\u00e7\u00e3o El\u00e9trica Escal\u00e1vel, em tradu\u00e7\u00e3o livre), um projeto do Instituto de M\u00e1quinas-Ferramenta e Tecnologia de Conforma\u00e7\u00e3o da Alemanha, chefiado pelo Dr. Hans Braunlich. <\/p>\n<p>O m\u00f3dulo consiste no motor el\u00e9trico propriamente dito, na caixa de c\u00e2mbio e no sistema eletr\u00f4nico que controla o conjunto, tudo embalado em um quadro pronto para ser inserido no ve\u00edculo. <\/p>\n<p>O motor pode atingir 20.000 rpm, oferecendo acelera\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida e um torque excepcional, segundo o Dr. Braunlich. <\/p>\n<p>Flexibilidade geom\u00e9trica <\/p>\n<p>Para n\u00e3o ficar no est\u00e1gio de prot\u00f3tipos de demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o, a equipe alem\u00e3 preocupou-se em desenvolver todo o processo produtivo para que os m\u00f3dulos de tra\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica para caminh\u00f5es possam ser produzidos em s\u00e9rie. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Gra\u00e7as ao conceito inovador, h\u00e1 uma grande flexibilidade na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o dos m\u00f3dulos &#8211; para pequenas e para grandes quantidades,&#8221; disse Braunlich, acrescentando que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o em s\u00e9rie pode reduzir o custo de cada m\u00f3dulo em at\u00e9 20% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o em lote. <\/p>\n<p>Mas a grande flexibilidade \u00e9 no tamanho de cada m\u00f3dulo. &#8220;Como o m\u00f3dulo \u00e9 escal\u00e1vel, podemos us\u00e1-lo em tudo, de pequenas peruas a ve\u00edculos da prefeitura, \u00f4nibus e caminh\u00f5es,&#8221; garante o engenheiro. <\/p>\n<p>Os primeiros m\u00f3dulos dever\u00e3o demonstrar essas capacidades a partir do final deste ano, quando eles ser\u00e3o montados em ve\u00edculos reais para testes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Autor: Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Tecnol\u00f3gica<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se o futuro pertence aos carros el\u00e9tricos, o que dizer dos caminh\u00f5es el\u00e9tricos?
