O n\u00famero \u00e9 alto, mas h\u00e1 dois anos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o feitas inaugura\u00e7\u00f5es de paradas de metr\u00f4, desde que as \u00faltimas esta\u00e7\u00f5es da Linha 4-Amarela entraram em opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso sem considerar tr\u00eas esta\u00e7\u00f5es e outras duas linhas inteiras, que deveriam ser entregues no ano que vem e foram postergadas para 2015 ou depois.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o secret\u00e1rio de Transportes Metropolitanos de S\u00e3o Paulo, Jurandir Fernandes, o planejamento do governo era de que n\u00e3o houvesse nenhuma inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o em 2013, mas inicialmente duas esta\u00e7\u00f5es deveriam ser entregues neste ano: Adolfo Pinheiro, na Linha 5-Lil\u00e1s, e Itapevi, na Linha 8-Diamante, ambas adiadas para 2014. &#8220;Tivemos de administrar todas as obras em licita\u00e7\u00e3o, dois monotrilhos, isso consumiu 2011, 2012 e 2013&#8221;, afirma. Fernandes admite que no in\u00edcio houve &#8220;incertezas&#8221; com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s obras, principalmente sobre financiamento, desapropria\u00e7\u00f5es e licen\u00e7as ambientais. &#8220;As quatro grandes obras de metr\u00f4 em andamento est\u00e3o todas resolvidas e agora \u00e9 quest\u00e3o de velocidade de obras.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Em 2014, Fernandes diz que inaugura\u00e7\u00f5es ocorrer\u00e3o &#8220;sistematicamente&#8221;. Al\u00e9m das Esta\u00e7\u00f5es Adolfo Pinheiro e Itapevi, est\u00e3o previstas as paradas Mendes-Vila Natal e Varginha, na Linha 9-Esmeralda; Fradique Coutinho, Oscar Freire e Higien\u00f3polis-Mackenzie, na Linha 4-Amarela; e sete esta\u00e7\u00f5es na Linha 15-Prata entre Vila Prudente e Jardim Planalto. &#8220;Praticamente chegaremos a 100 quil\u00f4metros de extens\u00e3o no metr\u00f4 (ante os 74 quil\u00f4metros atuais), mas faltar\u00e3o algumas esta\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o ficar\u00e3o prontas em 2014. N\u00e3o d\u00e1 para garantir que os 30 quil\u00f4metros que hav\u00edamos pensado em fazer ser\u00e3o entregues em 2014.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>O planejamento j\u00e1 descarta, por exemplo, as Esta\u00e7\u00f5es Morumbi e Vila S\u00f4nia, na Linha 4, e a Sapopemba, na Linha 15. A secretaria tamb\u00e9m deixou para 2015 a entrega da Linha 13-Jade, entre a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Engenheiro Goulart e o Aeroporto de Cumbica; e a Linha 17-Ouro, entre Congonhas e Morumbi. <\/p>\n<p>Essa linha, por sinal, ainda n\u00e3o tem nem defini\u00e7\u00e3o de data para o in\u00edcio das obras nas pontas. Por enquanto, s\u00f3 o trecho central, ligando Congonhas \u00e0 CPTM, est\u00e1 em constru\u00e7\u00e3o. A extens\u00e3o para o Jabaquara e, do outro lado, ao Morumbi, continua sem previs\u00e3o. &#8220;N\u00f3s t\u00ednhamos alguns problemas mais demorados, como reassentamentos grandes de muita gente&#8221;, justificou Fernandes. <\/p>\n<p>Ainda assim, ele se mostra otimista. &#8220;Em 2015, entregaremos praticamente todas as esta\u00e7\u00f5es e linhas previstas&#8221;, garante o secret\u00e1rio. J\u00e1 a Linha 18-Bronze, entre Tamanduate\u00ed e Estrada do Alvarenga, prevista inicialmente para ser entregue em 2015, agora deve ter as obras iniciadas no ano que vem e conclu\u00eddas em at\u00e9 cinco anos. <\/p>\n<p>Mudan\u00e7a de cen\u00e1rio. O secret\u00e1rio garante ainda que nos pr\u00f3ximos sete anos o metr\u00f4 ter\u00e1 &#8220;mudan\u00e7a completa no cen\u00e1rio&#8221;, chegando a 175 quil\u00f4metros de extens\u00e3o em 2020.
