{"id":23731,"date":"2013-08-12T23:55:09","date_gmt":"2013-08-12T23:55:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.institutodeengenharia.org.br\/?p=23731"},"modified":"2013-08-12T15:54:50","modified_gmt":"2013-08-12T15:54:50","slug":"aeromovel-de-porto-alegre-entra-em-operacao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.institutodeengenharia.org.br\/site\/2013\/08\/12\/aeromovel-de-porto-alegre-entra-em-operacao\/","title":{"rendered":"Aerom\u00f3vel de Porto Alegre entra em opera\u00e7\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Inaugurado em ritmo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o assistida no s\u00e1bado (10) o aerom\u00f3vel que far\u00e1 a liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Aeroporto do Metr\u00f4 e o Terminal 1 do Aeroporto Internacional Salgado Filho, em Porto Alegre, no Rio Grande do Sul. O trecho de 1 km de extens\u00e3o ser\u00e1 percorrido em at\u00e9 dois minutos, atingindo velocidade de m\u00e1xima de 65 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>O aerom\u00f3vel \u00e9 um ve\u00edculo leve sobre trilhos, suspenso de 4,5 m a 9 m de altura, movimentado pelo ar gerado por ventiladores industriais, que controlam, al\u00e9m da press\u00e3o, dire\u00e7\u00e3o e velocidade ao ar. A Trensurb, em 2010, adquiriu o pacote tecnol\u00f3gico do aerom\u00f3vel e lan\u00e7ou projeto de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do primeiro sistema no Pa\u00eds. As empresas respons\u00e1veis pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o: Aerom\u00f3vel Brasil S.A. (pacote tecnol\u00f3gico), Premold S.A. (via elevada), T&#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;Trans (ve\u00edculos) e Rumo Engenharia Ltda. (esta\u00e7\u00f5es). <\/p>\n<p>O sistema de propuls\u00e3o do aerom\u00f3vel (que tamb\u00e9m pode ser acionado com g\u00e1s natural) apresenta consumo de energia el\u00e9trica de 32 Wh\/passageiro-quil\u00f4metro ou aproximadamente 80 kWh\/hora de opera\u00e7\u00e3o\/ve\u00edculo, considerado baixo pelos engenheiros. Al\u00e9m da energia el\u00e9trica, o ru\u00eddo gerado pelo aerom\u00f3vel est\u00e1 abaixo dos n\u00edveis estabelecidos para sistemas de transporte urbano em pa\u00edses desenvolvidos. O modal tamb\u00e9m garante impacto sonoro reduzido, j\u00e1 que dispensa motor de propuls\u00e3o embarcado. <\/p>\n<p>A estrutura que sustenta o aerom\u00f3vel possui pilares pr\u00e9-moldados de aproximadamente 12 t, com 65 cm x 85 cm de se\u00e7\u00e3o e alturas que variam de 5 m a 7 m. Ao todo, foram montados 47 pilares em espa\u00e7amentos que variam de 15 m a 25 m. Para compor a estrutura das vias, a op\u00e7\u00e3o foi pelo uso de vigas caix\u00e3o de concreto protendidas e pr\u00e9-moldadas com se\u00e7\u00e3o vazada, fabricadas especialmente para a obra. Pequenas aberturas executadas nas lajes superiores das vigas permitir\u00e3o que o mastro da placa de propuls\u00e3o deslize pela via e impulsione o ve\u00edculo. Cada uma das 50 vigas de 25 m de comprimento e 2,5 m de largura pesa aproximadamente 80 t. <\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 a funda\u00e7\u00e3o do empreendimento foi feita com estacas do tipo h\u00e9lice cont\u00ednua de 50 cm de di\u00e2metro, com armaduras especiais de 18 m. <\/p>\n<p>Com capacidade para atender 7,7 mil usu\u00e1rios, a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Aerom\u00f3vel Trensurb possui \u00e1rea aproximada de 170 m\u00b2 de plataforma, mais 126 m\u00b2 de \u00e1rea de apoio \u00e0 esta\u00e7\u00e3o e ao sistema no t\u00e9rreo. J\u00e1 a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Aerom\u00f3vel Salgado Filho &#8211; com aproximadamente 430 m\u00b2 de plataforma e mais 82 m\u00b2 de \u00e1rea de apoio \u00e0 esta\u00e7\u00e3o e ao sistema &#8211; foi concebida pr\u00f3xima ao acesso \u00e0 \u00e1rea de embarque do Aeroporto Salgado Filho. <\/p>\n<p>Durante o per\u00edodo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o assistida, a linha funcionar\u00e1 em hor\u00e1rio reduzido, das 10h \u00e0s 16h, de segunda a sexta-feira, sem cobran\u00e7a de passagem. Quando a opera\u00e7\u00e3o plena tiver in\u00edcio, no in\u00edcio de novembro, os usu\u00e1rios v\u00e3o pagar R$ 1,70 pela viagem que dar\u00e1 direito ao transporte na linha do metr\u00f4 sem cobran\u00e7a adicional.
