Estes pain\u00e9is, com 60cm de espa\u00e7o entre eles, permitem que o edif\u00edcio respire, e comp\u00f5em o sistema de circula\u00e7\u00e3o de ar e ventila\u00e7\u00e3o nas torres. Elas t\u00eam 450m e 390m de altura. <\/p>\n<p>As torres \u201cDancing Dragons\u201d s\u00e3o inspiradas por drag\u00f5es coreanos. Mas elas dan\u00e7am mesmo? Na verdade, n\u00e3o: s\u00f3 parece. \u201cH\u00e1 uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o compreensiva e complementar entre as duas massas no n\u00edvel dos cortes [diagonais na fachada], quase como se elas estivessem dan\u00e7ando\u201d, diz o arquiteto Adrian Smith no release \u00e0 imprensa. <\/p>\n<p>Cada torre ser\u00e1 um \u201cofficetel\u201d \u2013 ou seja, ter\u00e1 apartamentos residenciais e comerciais no mesmo pr\u00e9dio. Isto \u00e9 bastante comum na Coreia. Elas tamb\u00e9m ter\u00e3o um arsenal de iniciativas \u201cverdes\u201d: pain\u00e9is solares no topo, aquecimento por irradia\u00e7\u00e3o, c\u00e9lulas de combust\u00edvel na base do pr\u00e9dio, e janelas que evitam a perda de calor.
