Este \u00e9 mais um recorde mundial na engenharia civil e na constru\u00e7\u00e3o conseguido pela China. A ponte Aizhai une dois t\u00faneis numa dist\u00e2ncia de 1.176 metros, a uma altura de 355 metros e localiza-se na prov\u00edncia de Hunan. Com duas faixas de rodagem em cada sentido, a sua constru\u00e7\u00e3o iniciou-se em Outubro de 2007 e prolongou-se at\u00e9 ao fim de 2011, ou seja, teve uma dura\u00e7\u00e3o de cerca de 4 anos e 2 meses. A inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o da ponte Aizhai foi no passado dia 31 de Mar\u00e7o, apesar de esta j\u00e1 ter estado aberta ao tr\u00e1fego pedonal durante o Spring Festival de 2012. <\/p>\n<p>De seguida apresentamos uma s\u00e9rie de imagens desta ponte espantosa, a ponte suspensa mais alta do mundo, que inclui imagens da sua constru\u00e7\u00e3o, assim como pormenores das ancoragens.
