A constru\u00e7\u00e3o, prevista para ser iniciada em 2014 e finalizada em 2020, est\u00e1 or\u00e7ada em aproximadamente 5,1 bilh\u00f5es de euros e ainda passar\u00e1 pela aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do governo alem\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><em>T\u00fanel ser\u00e1 o maior do mundo com esse sistema construtivo<\/em> <\/p>\n<p>\nA empresa dinamarquesa Femern A\/S foi escolhida para o desenvolvimento de um projeto para a liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre as duas cidades, que ser\u00e1 a terceira conex\u00e3o entre os pa\u00edses. <\/p>\n<p>Inicialmente, foram apresentadas duas solu\u00e7\u00f5es: uma ponte estaiada e um t\u00fanel subaqu\u00e1tico. Os dois teriam o mesmo trajeto, alcan\u00e7ando aproximadamente 18 km de extens\u00e3o. O t\u00fanel, no entanto, foi considerado mais seguro e gerador de menor impacto ambiental. <\/p>\n<p>O t\u00fanel, praticamente com trajeto em linha reta, contar\u00e1 com cinco vias, sendo duas para autom\u00f3veis, duas para trens e uma de emerg\u00eancia, localizada entre as duas vias automotivas. <\/p>\n<p>A constru\u00e7\u00e3o do t\u00fanel se dar\u00e1 a partir da abertura de uma trincheira no solo e a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o das pe\u00e7as pr\u00e9-fabricadas de concreto. Aproximadamente 15,5 milh\u00f5es de m\u00b3 de terra ser\u00e3o retirados. Ap\u00f3s o ajuste das pe\u00e7as, uma camada de aproximadamente 1,2 m de brita ser\u00e1 colocada sobre a estrutura, protegendo-a de impactos. Os espa\u00e7os abertos na trincheira que n\u00e3o forem utilizados pelo t\u00fanel ser\u00e3o preenchidos com cascalho e areia. Segundo a Femern A\/S, o t\u00fanel ser\u00e1 o maior do mundo com esse sistema construtivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"610\" height=\"300\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/site\/userfiles\/t_2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Esquema de como ficar\u00e1 o t\u00fanel sobre o solo<\/em> <\/p>\n<p>A estrutura do t\u00fanel alcan\u00e7ar\u00e1, em alguns pontos, 13,1 m de altura e 45 m de largura. Essas medidas s\u00e3o alcan\u00e7adas nos pontos onde se encontrar\u00e3o as \u00e1reas de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e as instala\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas.. <\/p>\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a, o t\u00fanel contar\u00e1 com uma sa\u00edda de emerg\u00eancia a cada 108 m e um telefone a cada 54 m, al\u00e9m da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma freq\u00fc\u00eancia de r\u00e1dio para avisar qualquer acidente aos motoristas. No lado dinamarqu\u00eas, ainda haver\u00e1 um centro de monitoramento integral do t\u00fanel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"610\" height=\"250\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/site\/userfiles\/t_3.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Entrada do t\u00fanel do lado dinamarqu\u00eas. Cada mastro teria 272 m de altura e seria constru\u00eddo em concreto. <\/p>\n<p>Os 76 pilares de concreto da ponte sustentariam a ferrovia, que por sua vez sustentaria, com vigas de a\u00e7o, as quatro faixas de rolamento da ponte. Nos trechos estaiados, o gabarito de navega\u00e7\u00e3o seria de 66,2 m de altura.
