O Cons\u00f3rcio SPMar, do Grupo Bertin, apresentou as menores tarifas de ped\u00e1gio, crit\u00e9rio de julgamento da ag\u00eancia, e deve ficar respons\u00e1vel pelas vias. <\/p>\n<p>A SPMar apresentou tarifas de R$ 2,1991 para o Trecho Sul e R$ 1,6493 para o Trecho Leste (ainda n\u00e3o constru\u00eddo), com des\u00e1gio de 63,3% sobre as tarifas teto estipuladas no edital. Em segundo lugar, Cons\u00f3rcio Serramar de Rodovias apresentou pre\u00e7os 12% menores, e Cons\u00f3rcio Rodoanel Sul e Leste ficou em terceiro lugar com tarifas 5,11% menores. <\/p>\n<p>O pr\u00f3ximo passo \u00e9 qualificar a SPMar, de acordo com os requisitos estipulados pela Artesp, como habilita\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica, qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, regularidade fiscal, qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mico-financeira, e metodologia de execu\u00e7\u00e3o e plano de neg\u00f3cios. A concess\u00e3o s\u00f3 \u00e9 confirmada ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o nessa etapa.
