O asfalto, que at\u00e9 o fim do m\u00eas ser\u00e1 aplicado na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de cinco quil\u00f4metros de terceiras faixas nos dois sentidos entre os trevos de Linha Hansel e do Acesso Dona Leopoldina, leva p\u00f3 de borracha na composi\u00e7\u00e3o, tornando-se mais resistente e ecologicamente correto. Depois de pronta a obra servir\u00e1 de teste e a Santa Cruz Rodovias poder\u00e1 utilizar a mistura em outros pontos da \u00e1rea de concess\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Embora o chamado asfalto de borracha j\u00e1 seja utilizado na regi\u00e3o em rodovias como a BR\u2013290 (Pantano Grande\u2013Buti\u00e1) e a RSC\u2013471 (Pantano Grande\u2013Encruzilhada do Sul), esta \u00e9 a primeira vez que a concession\u00e1ria do polo rodovi\u00e1rio de Santa Cruz aposta no produto. Al\u00e9m da composi\u00e7\u00e3o, a principal diferen\u00e7a em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao asfalto convencional est\u00e1 na resist\u00eancia. \u201cPor ter a borracha entre seus componentes o asfalto acaba se tornando mais flex\u00edvel e durando mais\u201d, resume o diretor da Santa Cruz Rodovias Luiz Eduardo Fonseca. <\/p>\n<p>O produto \u00e9 comprado pela concession\u00e1ria em Montenegro e a mistura vem pronta. Para cada tonelada do ligante utilizado na pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o 150 quilos de p\u00f3 de borracha, extra\u00eddo de pneus velhos. Na obra que ser\u00e1 realizada durante todo o m\u00eas no trecho Santa Cruz\u2013Ven\u00e2ncio ser\u00e3o usados o equivalente a pouco mais de 400 pneus velhos de caminh\u00e3o. \u201cCada carga do material que largamos na estrada \u00e9 o equivalente a pelo menos cinco pneus de caminh\u00e3o. Estamos melhorando as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da rodovia e contribuindo com o meio ambiente\u201d, diz Fonseca. <\/p>\n<p><strong>DUPLICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de trechos intercalados de terceiras faixas em ambos os sentidos entre Linha Hansel e a entrada de Ven\u00e2ncio, a concession\u00e1ria espera reduzir os pontos de lentid\u00e3o que se formam nos hor\u00e1rios de maior movimento. Trata-se de uma medida paliativa, j\u00e1 que o Departamento Aut\u00f4nomo de Estradas de Rodagem (Daer) deve contratar ainda este ano as empresas que, a um custo de mais de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o, ir\u00e3o planejar a duplica\u00e7\u00e3o do trecho entre Ven\u00e2ncio e Candel\u00e1ria da 287.
