Esse novo modelo tem maior efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica e flexibilidade operacional e, segundo a empresa, \u00e9 capaz de gerar um lucro de at\u00e9 US$ 2 milh\u00f5es. O modelo pode ainda ser operado com o sistema de combust\u00e3o Wet Low Emissions, com in\u00edcio de opera\u00e7\u00e3o a partir de 2012, e com o sistema Dry Low Emissions, dispon\u00edvel a partir de 2013. Combinados com a turbina RT63, da pr\u00f3pria empresa, \u00e9 atingida uma efici\u00eancia de 41,5% em ciclo simples, na faixa de pot\u00eancia de 35MW a 45MW.<\/p>\n<p>Desde 2001, a Petrobras encomendou 27 pacotes de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia acionados por turbinas a g\u00e1s RB211 para servi\u00e7o offshore.
