Ela consiste em um h\u00edbrido entre m\u00e1quina e planta, que carrega outras plantas e microorganismos do polu\u00eddo Rio Lerma Santiago, no M\u00e9xico. <\/p>\n<p>O projeto se baseia na energia que pode ser retirada de uma c\u00e9lula de combust\u00edvel microbiol\u00f3gico. Quando os microorganismos carregados pelo rob\u00f4 precisam de alimento, a engenhoca pode \u00bf supostamente \u00bf se mover na \u00e1gua, sug\u00e1-la por um tubo e converter alguns de seus elementos em eletricidade, sendo que parte da \u00e1gua serviria ainda para alimentar as plantas da m\u00e1quina. <\/p>\n<p>O rob\u00f4 se encontra em exibi\u00e7\u00e3o no LABoral Art and Industrial Creation Centre, em Gijon, na Espanha, at\u00e9 o dia 24 de maio.
