{"id":17236,"date":"2009-12-08T22:30:55","date_gmt":"2009-12-08T22:30:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.institutodeengenharia.org.br\/?p=17236"},"modified":"2009-12-08T11:03:13","modified_gmt":"2009-12-08T11:03:13","slug":"engenharia-pura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.institutodeengenharia.org.br\/site\/2009\/12\/08\/engenharia-pura\/","title":{"rendered":"Engenharia pura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Espacial Internacional \u2013 ISS \u2013 come\u00e7ou a ser montada em 1998, em um projeto conjunto da Ag\u00eancia Espacial Canadense (CSA\/ASC), Ag\u00eancia Espacial Europ\u00e9ia (ESA), Ag\u00eancia Japonesa de Explora\u00e7\u00e3o Aeroespacial (Jaxa), Ag\u00eancia Espacial Federal Russa (Roskosmos) e Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Aeron\u00e1utica e Espa\u00e7o (Nasa) dos Estados Unidos da Am\u00e9rica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ela est\u00e1 em \u00f3rbita da Terra a uma altitude de aproximadamente 360 quil\u00f4metros, viajando a uma velocidade m\u00e9dia de 27.700 km\/h, a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o completa 15,77 \u00f3rbitas por dia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A constru\u00e7\u00e3o da ISS ir\u00e1 depende de mais de 50 miss\u00f5es de montagem e utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Dessas, 39 s\u00e3o assistidas \u00f4nibus espacial. Adicionalmente a esses trabalhos, cerca de 30 miss\u00f5es Progress ser\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias para providenciar a log\u00edstica. No final, a ISS ir\u00e1 operar com um volume de pressuriza\u00e7\u00e3o de 1.200 metros c\u00fabicos, uma massa de 419.000 quilogramas, 110 kilowatts de pot\u00eancia, e uma estrutura de suporte de 108,4 metros de comprimento, com m\u00f3dulos de 74 metros e tripula\u00e7\u00f5es de seis elementos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A manufatura dos m\u00f3dulos e da estrutura que comp\u00f5em a ISS foi realizada por diversas empresas contratadas pelas ag\u00eancias espaciais que formam o grupo respons\u00e1vel pela montagem e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A primeira tripula\u00e7\u00e3o chegou \u00e0 esta\u00e7\u00e3o em novembro de 2000. Ap\u00f3s quase uma d\u00e9cada de montagem, a configura\u00e7\u00e3o da esta\u00e7\u00e3o (em junho\/2008) contava com uma massa de 300.214 kg e 358 metros c\u00fabicos de espa\u00e7o habit\u00e1vel. Para chegar a essa configura\u00e7\u00e3o foram necess\u00e1rias 26 miss\u00f5es norte-americanas do \u00f4nibus espacial e 48 miss\u00f5es russas. Destas \u00faltimas, 16 foram tripuladas e 32 n\u00e3o tripuladas. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m necessitou de 112 caminhadas no espa\u00e7o, 28 das quais a partir do \u00f4nibus espacial e 84 a partir da pr\u00f3pria ISS. No total, o tempo utilizado nessas caminhadas no espa\u00e7o foi de 706 horas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Desde a retomada dos lan\u00e7amentos de \u00f4nibus espaciais em 2005, a montagem da esta\u00e7\u00e3o tem ocorrido em ritmo razoavelmente acelerado, com a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de pain\u00e9is solares, m\u00f3dulos pressurizados, bra\u00e7os rob\u00f3ticos e racks para exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de experimentos. Em novembro de 2008, durante a miss\u00e3o STS-126 do \u00f4nibus espacial Endeavour, foi realizada a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da esta\u00e7\u00e3o para acomodar seis tripulantes. Para tanto, foram instalados dois novos quartos, um banheiro (de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o russa), equipamentos de cozinha, dois aquecedores de alimentos, um refrigerador, um equipamento para exerc\u00edcios de resist\u00eancia f\u00edsica al\u00e9m de um sistema de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua e reciclagem de urina para convers\u00e3o em \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e3o em planejamento mais cinco lan\u00e7amentos do \u00f4nibus espacial para completar a montagem da Esta\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 2011. Dentro desse prazo tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 previsto o lan\u00e7amento de mais dois m\u00f3dulos pressurizados constru\u00eddos pelos russos, dos quais j\u00e1 foi confirmado o lan\u00e7amentos do m\u00f3dulo MRM1 (maio\/2010).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O marco mais interessante das pr\u00f3ximas etapas de montagem ser\u00e1 a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do m\u00f3dulo Node 3 junto com seu m\u00f3dulo Cupola
