O ganho no atendimento dos passageiros do Metr\u00f4 se dar\u00e1, segundo o governo, em raz\u00e3o das novas locomotivas que ser\u00e3o incorporadas a essa linha. <\/p>\n<p>A Linha 5-Lil\u00e1s tamb\u00e9m ganhar\u00e1 mais duas esta\u00e7\u00f5es (Aldolfo Pinheiro e Brooklin\/Campo Belo), um incremento de 5,7 quil\u00f4metros. No entanto, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Linha 4-Amarela \u00e9 um dos maiores destaques da reformula\u00e7\u00e3o do Metr\u00f4. A extens\u00e3o total dessa linha ser\u00e1 de 12,8 quil\u00f4metros, entre Vila S\u00f4nia e Luz. <\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o governo paulista, aproximadamente 60% das obras civis dessa linha j\u00e1 est\u00e3o prontas. No pr\u00f3ximo ano entrar\u00e3o em opera\u00e7\u00e3o as esta\u00e7\u00f5es Butant\u00e3, Pinheiros, Faria Lima, Paulista, Rep\u00fablica e Luz, onde tamb\u00e9m operar\u00e3o 14 novos trens (84 carros).
