Em cada sentido, ser\u00e3o constru\u00eddas tr\u00eas faixas para os autom\u00f3veis entre as pistas local e expressa, onde hoje existem canteiros arborizados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O empreendimento, que prev\u00ea tamb\u00e9m quatro novas pontes e tr\u00eas novos acessos \u00e0 avenida, ser\u00e1 conclu\u00eddo em setembro de 2010, diz o governo paulista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ontem, o governador Jos\u00e9 Serra (PSDB) assinou a ordem de servi\u00e7o que autorizou o in\u00edcio das obras. <br \/>\nAnunciou que, para dar lugar \u00e0s novas pistas, 559 \u00e1rvores ao longo dos canteiros ser\u00e3o cortadas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Como compensa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, o Estado plantar\u00e1 4.900 \u00e1rvores ao longo da marginal e de seus acessos -o que dobrar\u00e1 o n\u00famero atual. Tamb\u00e9m plantar\u00e1 83 mil em outras regi\u00f5es da cidade e mais 83 mil no futuro parque da V\u00e1rzea do Tiet\u00ea, entre S\u00e3o Paulo e Guarulhos. Ao todo, a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental consumir\u00e1 R$ 60 milh\u00f5es -5% do custo da amplia\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Os ganhos \u00e0 fluidez do tr\u00e2nsito ser\u00e3o da ordem de 35%, segundo o governo, que prev\u00ea tamb\u00e9m benef\u00edcios ambientais, j\u00e1 que menos tempo perdido pelos ve\u00edculos em congestionamentos significa menor emiss\u00e3o de poluentes no ar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Especialistas questionam a necessidade de uma obra desse porte para beneficiar principalmente os usu\u00e1rios de autom\u00f3vel. &#8220;Esse dinheiro poderia ser aplicado em corredores de \u00f4nibus, por exemplo&#8221;, diz o consultor Hor\u00e1cio Figueira.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estais<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nAs obras em 15 km dos 22,5 km da marginal ficar\u00e3o a cargo da estatal Dersa. Nesse trecho, que vai da ponte da CPTM at\u00e9 a ponte do Tatuap\u00e9, elas custar\u00e3o R$ 750 milh\u00f5es e ser\u00e3o realizadas pelas empreiteiras EIT, Egisa, Delta e Sobrenco.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A amplia\u00e7\u00e3o nas extremidades ficar\u00e1 por conta das concession\u00e1rias de rodovias com acesso \u00e0 marginal, que juntas investir\u00e3o R$ 200 milh\u00f5es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O trecho de 4 km entre o viaduto da CPTM e o Cebol\u00e3o, onde ficam os acessos \u00e0s rodovias Anhanguera, Bandeirantes e Castello Branco, ser\u00e1 constru\u00eddo pela AutoBan e pela ViaOeste. Os 3,5 km entre a ponte do Tatuap\u00e9 e a rodovia Ayrton Senna ser\u00e3o feitos pela EcoRodovias, que assumir\u00e1 a estrada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Outros R$ 130 milh\u00f5es ser\u00e3o gastos em desapropria\u00e7\u00f5es -a maioria s\u00e3o terrenos do pr\u00f3prio poder p\u00fablico, segundo o governo. Projetos, gerenciamento de obras, interfer\u00eancias na rede el\u00e9trica e tubula\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00e1gua e g\u00e1s e reassentamentos consumir\u00e3o R$ 185 milh\u00f5es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nos trechos sob as atuais pontes, as novas pistas v\u00e3o se &#8220;desviar&#8221; de pilares nos canteiros. Em quatro delas (o governo n\u00e3o disse quais), onde esse espa\u00e7o \u00e9 muito estreito, os pilares ser\u00e3o derrubados e dar\u00e3o lugar a outros sobre as pr\u00f3prias pontes, com estais (barras met\u00e1licas como as da ponte Octavio Frias de Oliveira, na zona sul).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o secret\u00e1rio dos Transportes, Mauro Arce, ainda n\u00e3o foram definidos em que locais as obras ter\u00e3o in\u00edcio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A previs\u00e3o do governo \u00e9 que as pistas sejam inauguradas em mar\u00e7o.
