Pela primeira vez, as empresas concession\u00e1rias incluir\u00e3o as estradas vicinais na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, que no total, correspondente a mil quil\u00f4metros. Com isso, economizaremos na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e nos servi\u00e7os, que ser\u00e3o mais \u00e1geis, uma vez que as empresas estar\u00e3o nas regi\u00f5es\u201d, destacou Serra.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo ser\u00e1 diretamente beneficiada por conta da concess\u00e3o do corredor da Ayrton Senna, pois a concession\u00e1ria cuidar\u00e1 dos trechos entre as rodovias Presidente Castello Branco e Anhanguera e entre a Dutra e Ayrton Senna.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>O governador frisou que, mesmo em um momento de crise econ\u00f4mica, o leil\u00e3o foi bem-sucedido. <br \/>\nOs cons\u00f3rcios vencedores foram:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corredor Raposo Tavares<\/strong> &#8211; Cons\u00f3rcio Invepar OAS ( formado pela Invepar &#8211; Investimento e Participa\u00e7\u00f5es em Infra-Estrutura &#8211; e Construtora OAS). A tarifa proposta foi de R$ 0,090525, cerca de 16% abaixo da tarifa base calculada pela Artesp, que era de R$ 0,10791.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corredor Marechal Rondon Oeste<\/strong> &#8211; Cons\u00f3rcio BR Vias &#8211; SP (s\u00f3cios do Grupo Aurea e W. Torre) &#8211; R$ 0,064099 &#8211; valor com 40,59% de desconto sobre o valor da tarifa descrita no edital.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corredor Marechal Rondon Leste<\/strong> &#8211; Cons\u00f3rcio Brasinfra (formado pelas empresas Equipav &#8211; Campinas -, Le\u00e3o &#038; Le\u00e3o &#8211; Ribeir\u00e3o Preto- e Opway \u2013 Portugal). Tarifa da pista dupla por quil\u00f4metro de R$ 0,093774. Desconto de 13,099865% sobre o valor base.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corredor Ayrton Senna \/ Carvalho Pinto<\/strong> &#8211; Triunfo Participa\u00e7\u00f5es e Investimentos S.A (TPI). Valor proposto de R$ 0,048560. Desconto de 54,999% sobre o valor de base.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corredor D.Pedro I<\/strong> &#8211; Cons\u00f3rcio Integra\u00e7\u00e3o D. Pedro I (Odebrecht). Tarifa para pista dupla de R$ 0,101414.
